Conservation & Renovation
Responsible renovation of a period building begins with an understanding of its provenance, history, and the sequence of previous alteration that may have taken place.
Once absorbed these factors provide the foundation for appropriate decision making.
Joinery
Traditional buildings often feature implements and ornaments of daily life made from wood. Carefully crafted doors, windows, staircases, mouldings and the like create the ambience we seek to preserve. Our workshops can reproduce in detail the joinery needed to complete your project. Additionally, where features need to meet today’s environmental and lifestyle standard, we will find the elegant and effective solution.
Brand new items can be designed with the subtle proportions of bygone ages.
Alternatively, ultra modern styling can also be combined with the same high quality construction and finish.

Our Approach
One of the main reasons people choose us is because of our unique approach in the way we think period buildings and features should be treated, using traditional methods and materials.
